Our stay had its ups and downs. The resort is beautiful with some great family-friendly features like pools and activities for kids. However, our experience was marred by room issues and an overwhelming dining atmosphere in one area. The adult side had a much better atmosphere, which made us wish we had access to that throughout our stay.

We just had an incredible family vacation at Hard Rock Riviera Maya! With an abundance of activities for our busy teenagers, from snorkeling to zip-lining, we never experienced a dull moment. The service was outstanding, especially our butler Edgar, who ensured our experience was seamless. One minor downside was our initial room location, but Edgar quickly rectified that. Overall, this resort offers excellent value for families looking for fun and relaxation.
